Untold 2022 Day 2 – You are the best crowd in the world!

Over 90,000 attendees attended the second day in the magical Untold land

“Untold, even though I am so far from home, being here now is like a blessing. With you by my side I am home!”, this was the message of rapper G-Eazy to the fans who came to Cluj-Arena.
,,It’s great to be home tonight! Untold I missed you!” confessed Don Diablo when he took the main stage of one of the biggest festivals in the world.

The second day of the UNTOLD experience was a memorable one, experienced with enormous joy by over 90,000 attendees from over 100 countries around the world. Friday night was truly magical for the fans, but also for the artists who took to the eight UNTOLD stages.
One of the most eagerly awaited moments on the mainstage was a live show by American rapper G-Eazy, who thanked fans for the way he was received at the Cluj-Arena. “You are the greatest audience in the world! I’m so far from home, but to be here now is a blessing. With you here, I am at home!”
With a live show that included tracks from his latest album ,,These Things Happen Too” or the productions with which the rapper reached all the charts of the world, G-Eazy presented, exclusively for the fans of the UNTOLD festival, a new, unreleased track. The American artist was extremely moved by the reaction of the audience, who sang along with him and came down to the Cluj-Arena where he made a crowd bath.
I love you! I love you! I love you! You are the best crowd in the world!” were G-Eazy’s words to the fans.

The master of future house style, Dutch Don Diablo, was pure energy from the first to the last bar. With a DJ set of almost two hours, specially prepared for the seventh edition of the UNTOLD magic, Don Diablo greeted his fans in Romanian: “Bună seara, România!” and went on to say, “It’s great to be home tonight. UNTOLD I missed you!”
From classic tracks, remix versions or tracks included in his new album, “FOREVER”, every moment of the Dutchman’s live performance generated a huge euphoria. Don Diablo, who is ranked 7th in the DJ Mag Top 100, gave UNTOLD fans a gift of a new, unreleased production, danced with them and carried the Romanian flag on his shoulders.
The creators of UNTOLD have prepared special, first-time moments for all four magical days of the festival. Germany’s Paul Kalkbrenner took to the mainstage for the first time and his live show gave festival fans an emotional journey through underground techno culture.

Everyone sang along at the Cluj-Arena as Kalbrenner included the iconic ,,Sky and Sand” in his live set. It was a genuine moment of joy for the German DJ and the tens of thousands of people at the mainstage. At the end of the show, Paul Kalkbrenner took a bow in front of UNTOLD fans.
Crowd control taken to the next level is how the Thivaios brothers aka Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike’s DJ set at the seventh edition of UNTOLD can be described.
“You guys are still the greatest crowd in the world. We really missed you guys. Last year we didn’t get to be together, but because you’re here now, thank you!” said Dimitri Vegas.
The most anticipated moment of the two DJs’ live show was the famous crowd control, but at this edition of UNTOLD, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike tried something new, a crowd control where the audience moved eight steps back and eight steps forward. It was a moment of intense connection between festival fans and the two DJs who are in the Top 5 best DJs in the world according to DJ Mag Top 100.
The end of the set was a surprising one as the two asked ,,What do you want?” and the tens of thousands of voices on the mainstage answered: “One last track!”
Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike ended their set with the emotion brought by a classic track ,,Sweet Caroline”.

Dutchman Chico Rose, American producer/DJ Gryffin, Bassjackers, Dirty Nano and Damian & Brothers were part of the mainstage line-up for the second day of the UNTOLD magic story.
The UNTOLD festival’s side stages offered the perfect mix of musical styles
The temple of techno, the Galaxy stage, played host to some of the biggest names in underground culture: legend Richie Hawtin, alongside hard-techno artist Amelie Lens, Anfisa Letyago, German Marcel Flenger who was a first-time guest at UNTOLD and Maceo Plex.
As always, the most famous names in trap, hip-hop, drum’n’bass and dubstep gathered thousands of fans at the Alchemy stage. The second day of UNTOLD created a magical atmosphere at the Alchemy stage, which was host to: DJ Snow & MC Agent, Aqila Atak, Albert NbN, Rava, Azteca, Nane, Deliric X Silent Strike or the British Subfocus in a b2b session with Wilkinson.

Tonight the mainstage will open its doors for the third day of the UNTOLD experience with: Almud, Kungs, B.U.G Mafia, Major Lazer Soundsystem, Kygo, David Guetta, Alok and Oliver Heldens.
