Neversea 2026: Europe’s Biggest Beach Festival Returns Stronger Than Ever

The 7th Edition of Neversea Festival to Take Place in 2026

After six spectacular editions and hundreds of thousands of fans who have experienced the magic of sunsets and sunrises on the beach, the organizers of Neversea have announced that the 7th edition of the festival will be held in 2026 in Constanța.

The decision was made due to the inability of Neversea representatives and local authorities to secure a beach sector free of contracts and suitable for the standards and concept fans have come to expect. Modern Beach, the venue where the festival has taken place until now, has in recent years been leased for other commercial activities such as beach bars and sunbed rentals, significantly reducing the available space and impacting the festival’s setup. In recent months, new key sections of that location have also been auctioned off.

Constanța’s Deputy Mayor, Costin Răsăuțeanu, has pledged to work with the organizers to resolve the situation and find legal and feasible solutions to keep Neversea in Constanța, maintaining the standards of an international-level festival.

As a team, we’ve invested passion, effort, energy, and significant resources to reach this point. We are determined to find a long-term, commercially and legally sustainable solution with the local authorities.
Even though we were forced to pause Neversea this summer, Deputy Mayor Costin Răsăuțeanu has convinced us not to give up and to continue exploring viable options. Thanks to his active involvement, we’re confident we’ll find a way to host Neversea in 2026 and ensure its long-term success.

“I knew the festival organizers had reached a point where holding the event was no longer possible due to the lack of a viable beach location, something I considered a major loss for tourism and the local economy.

The City Hall should act as an enabler, and we will support the organizers in any way we can to ensure this event stays in Constanța. We already have several location options that we will evaluate together with the Neversea team.

In the coming weeks, all fans who purchased early bird passes for Neversea 2025 will receive multiple options via email for how they can use their tickets.
