Bucharest will host a brand-new large-scale project bearing the signature of the creators of UNTOLD and NEVERSEA—two of the most celebrated festival brands worldwide. Seizing the opportunity to launch a festival in Bucharest, the organizers signed a collaboration protocol with the Bucharest City Hall, paving the way for the first edition of the Neversea Kapital festival to be held from July 4–6, 2025, at the National Arena.

This summer, fans of premium entertainment will enjoy three unforgettable days and nights at Neversea Kapital, bringing the essence of Europe’s most beloved beach festival to the capital. The event will debut as a new and exciting concept infused with the magic of Neversea. Starting in 2026, the Bucharest-based festival will evolve into its own standalone identity—KAPITAL Festival—and aims to become a new mega-festival, alongside UNTOLD.

In 2025, Neversea Kapital will deliver special performances from renowned international artists, a diverse range of music genres, jaw-dropping stage designs, culinary experiences, cutting-edge technology and activations, street art, fashion, and many more surprises to be revealed soon.

The organizers intend for the new festival to be an accessible and convenient option primarily for Bucharest residents, but also for travelers from across the country and abroad who seek a unique urban adventure.

From 2026 onward, KAPITAL Festival will grow in terms of line-up quality, experience diversity, and overall complexity, aiming to become a top-tier festival destination both in Romania and across Europe.
