THE FIRST DAY OF THE NEVERSEA FESTIVAL WAS A SUCCESS

Over 62,000 people from both home and abroad attended the Neversea festival on its first day.

Neversea, the largest beach festival in Europe, kicked off with over 62,000 fans enjoying the first day’s experience by the sea.

INNA, Nick Carter, Bebe Rexha, DJ Snake, Jan Blomqvist, as well as Killa Fonic, Azteca, Rava, and Șatra B.E.N.Z brought joy and color to the four stages of the festival for fans who longed for the unique moments of Neversea.

Nick Carter, one of the most anticipated artists in the lineup and a member of the famous boy band Backstreet Boys, was welcomed with enthusiasm and happiness by Neversea fans. Hits like “As Long As You Love Me,” “Larger Than Life,” “Show Me The Meaning,” “Quit Playing Games,” “I Want It That Way,” and “Backstreet’s Back” created unique moments and a memorable atmosphere.

Bebe Rexha came to Neversea for the first time and was impressed by the audience’s reception. Fans sang along with her to hits that have propelled her worldwide, such as “Me, Myself and I,” “I’m Good,” and “In The Name of Love.” During the show, the artist chose two fans from the audience, brought them on stage, and organized a dance contest.

DJ Snake delivered a show that could easily be defined as “pure madness,” featuring an eclectic mix of styles that are heard on the world’s biggest stages.

INNA returned to the Neversea stage, her home in Constanța, and told the audience she was delighted to be reunited with them and didn’t expect so many to come to show their love and support. Her special guests were Kris Kross Amsterdam, with whom she collaborated on “Queen of My Castle,” the official anthem of Neversea 2024. Several players from the Women’s National Football Team also took the stage: Andreea Părăluță, Florentina Olar, Florentina Istrate, Ana Maria Stanciu, and Laura Rus were greeted with cheers and applause. The “Queens” of Neversea, the team of women who have contributed to making Neversea a top festival worldwide for six editions, took the stage with a banner for the audience saying, “You are the most beautiful crown in the world.”

Neversea, Queen of Festivals, received an infusion of female energy this year in everything from the lineup to the experiences and dedicated campaigns by partners, as well as the strategic partnership with the Romanian Football Federation through the Women’s National Football Team of Romania – Women’s Models = Neverseen Power, which lays the foundation for a united team of professionalism, passions, and shared values.

Starting this year, Neversea is committed to increasing the percentage of female artists at the festival. Additionally, this year, each stage will feature at least one female artist in the lineup each day.

Furthermore, artists from the lineup have created special moments with female artists, such as Șatra B.E.N.Z inviting Bruja, Rava inviting Leno, and Alex Super Beats inviting DJ Mă-ta, with similar surprises continuing in the coming days.

Alongside the Partydul Kiss FM, Marusha N, the winner of the “Be the Kiss FM DJ at Neversea” campaign, also took the stage.

The party continues today with performances from Altego, Antonia and Alex Velea, Maluma, Gordo, Don Diablo, Mahmut Orhan, Vintage Culture, Shimza, Deliric, Elena Gheorghe, Raluka, and many others.

MALUMA, the Colombian superstar of reggaeton and Latin-pop, whose top hits and collaborations with artists like Shakira, Jennifer Lopez, The Weeknd, J Balvin, Ricky Martin, and Madonna have catapulted him to international fame, takes the Neversea stage for the first time. Known for his warm voice and stage presence, Maluma has received multiple Latin Grammy nominations and awards. His albums, such as “F.A.M.E.” and “11:11,” have enjoyed international success, while his world tours are sold out. Maluma’s fans can enjoy his biggest hits at the festival’s main stage.

The four sunsets and four sunrises at Neversea are eagerly awaited by festival fans every summer, moments when they promise to dance and sing along with their favorite artists. Over the five editions of the festival, more than 1.2 million Neversea lovers have enjoyed the memorable seaside experience.
