Dimineți cu parfum de cafea

Cel mai important moment, cel puțin pentru mine, este cafeaua de dimineață. Când am timp, de obicei la final de săptămână, îmi pregătesc singură cafeaua la mine în bucătărie, folosind un ibric. Mi-a plăcut întotdeauna cafeaua la ibric pentru că mirosul se răspândește în toată casa și îmi oferă un sentiment de liniște, de relaxare. Acum, că vremea ține încă cu noi, am ales să îmi beau cafeaua pe balcon și să mă bucur de vremea frumoasă și de ultimele raze calde. Când sezonul rece devine stăpân pe situație însă, prefer să mă refugiez cu o cană generoasă de cafea înapoi în pat sub o pătură moale și pufoasă și să mă uit la un film. Cum ar fi să îți începi ziua cu o cafea foarte aromată?

Costa Rica San Rafael are o aromă bogată, intensă cu o aciditate moderată, iar zona geografică de unde provine această cafea, regiunea munților Tarrazu, favorizează producerea unei cafele excepționale care reușește să transpună în cană aroma pregnantă cu note subtile de ciocolată.  Această cafea este recomandată pentru espresso, moka pot, french press, ibric dar și pentru aeropress.

Colombia Medellin este cafeaua potrivită pentru orice moment al zilei. De obicei undeva spre ora amiezii, după ce am petrecut câteva ore în fața laptop-ului, această cafea reprezintă decizia perfectă. Având o aciditate moderată, cafeaua se remarcă prin notele subtile de cacao și nucă, dar se resimte și o notă foarte subtilă de piersică. Această cafea este recomandată pentru metodele de preparare espresso, moka, french press, ibric și aeropress.

Guatemala Santa Rosa Finca El Morito este poate cea care mi-a atras atenția în mod deosebit. Pentru că îmi plac aromele și notele bine conturate, această cafea te provoacă să-i descoperi secretele. Se fac remarcate notele subtile de cireșe, alune de pădure, dar și caramel. Gustul intens te face să zbori cu gândul în locuri necunoscute, să te lași purtat de mirosul absolut extraordinar spre alte tărâmuri. Dacă închizi ochii pentru câteva secunde atunci când te relaxezi cu o cană de cafea vei avea senzația că te afli undeva departe, parcă ești acolo în locurile de unde provine acest minunat bob și îți imaginezi fiecare moment care a dus la prelucrarea acestuia, pentru ca tu să te poți relaxa și să savurezi o cafea de calitate.

The most important moment, at least for me, is my morning coffee. When I have time, usually at the end of the week, I prepare my coffee in the kitchen using a pot. I have always liked coffee prepared in a pot because the smell spreads throughout the house and gives me a sense of quietness, relaxation. Now that the weather is still with us, I chose to drink my coffee on the balcony and enjoy the beautiful weather and the sun rays. During the cold season, however, I prefer to take a generous cup of coffee back into bed under a soft and fluffy blanket and watch a movie.

With a moderate acidity, the coffee is distinguished by subtle notes of cocoa and walnut, but a very subtle note of peach is also noticed. This coffee is recommended for espresso, moka, french press, pot and for the aero-press.

Guatemala Santa Rosa Finca El Morito is perhaps the one that attracted my attention in particular. Because I like the well-defined flavours and notes, this coffee makes you discover her secrets. Subtle notes of cherry, hazelnuts and caramel are noted. The intense taste makes your thoughts fly far away. If you close your eyes for a few seconds when you relax with a cup of coffee you will feel like you are somewhere far away as if you are there in the places where this wonderful coffee bean comes from and you imagine every moment that led to its processing.
