UNTOLD, DUBAI’S MEGA MUSIC FESTIVAL, ANNOUNCES AN EXCLUSIVE PREMIERE: THE BILLION-STREAM ARTIST J BALVIN ARRIVES IN THE CITY OF THE FUTURE
UNTOLD, Dubai’s mega festival, returns between November 6–9, 2025, in a brand-new location – Dubai Parks and Resorts – with a historic first: global phenomenon J BALVIN will perform for the first time in the City of the Future.
For four days and four nights, the strategic partnership between UNTOLD Dubai and the Department of Economy and Tourism Dubai will transform Dubai Parks and Resorts into a magical universe of music and entertainment, featuring over 100 international artists across five spectacular stages.
The Colombian superstar, regarded as one of the most influential Latin artists of his generation, has sold more than 35 million records worldwide, while his songs have garnered billions of streams globally. With his signature fusion of reggaeton, Latin rhythms, and crossover hits that conquered the charts, J BALVIN will bring his explosive energy and Latin sound to UNTOLD Dubai’s main stage for the very first time.
Throughout his career, J Balvin has won 11 Billboard Latin Music Awards, five Latin GRAMMY Awards, five MTV Video Music Awards, and seven Latin American Music Awards, alongside four GRAMMY nominations from the Recording Academy. His cultural impact has been recognized by Guinness World Records, which named him “the leader of a reggaeton generation.”
Rolling Stone praised his collaborative album “Oasis” with Bad Bunny as one of the Best Latin Albums, and in 2020 it was nominated at the GRAMMY Awards for Best Latin Rock, Best Urban, and Best Alternative Album.
In July 2025, Balvin performed during the inaugural FIFA Club World Cup halftime show, cementing his place on the world’s biggest stages. Around the same time, his emotional single “Rio” soared to #1 on Billboard Latin Airplay, marking his 38th career No.1 – the most in the chart’s history.
J Balvin now joins the UNTOLD Dubai headliner lineup alongside Martin Garrix, Armin van Buuren, Steve Aoki, and underground culture giants at Galaxy Stage such as Eric Prydz, Gordo, Luciano, Hot Since 82, Mestiza, and many others.
UNTOLD Dubai remains the only place in the Middle East where fans can see J Balvin live in 2025 – a space where reggaeton meets electronic music, house, techno, and global sounds. More names will be announced in the coming weeks to complete the festival’s second edition lineup.
